Okay so I saw many comments on last chapter regarding the slap and their behavior

In the very beginning of book 1 I have mentioned that DARK LORDS ARE EVIL AND HAVE EVERY NEGATIVE SHIT IN THEM. THEY ARE THE EPITOME OF EVILNESS NO ONE CAN BEAT THEM IN THAT MATTER. They Are created in that way that's not their fault they are obsessed with Anya they love her madly because of many reasons which was clearly mentioned in the book. IF YOU HAVE READ THE BOOK CAREFULLY YOU WILL KNOW.

For the first slap Caliban gave her was because she tried to take her life and threatened him that slap she deserved after what Anya did to Caliban without his fault. CALIBAN IS BASICALLY AN ORPHAN RAISED BY HIS GRANNY DEPRIVED OF LOVE FROM PARENTS TRUSTED ANYA AND LET HER BE HIS WORLD ONLY TO BE LEFT HEARTBROKEN AND INSULTED BY HER IS HE WRONG AND DISGUSTING?

About second slap and pulling her hair

ANYA WAS MISSING FOR 6 MONTHS STRAIGHT AND THEY DIDN'T KNEW WHERE SHE WAS. THEY COULDN'T FIND ANYTHING ABOUT THEIR PREGNANT WIFE WITH WHOM THEY MADE LOVE JUST A NIGHT BEFORE SHE DISAPPEARED. THEIR CHILDREN DISAPPEARED AND THEY DIDN'T KNEW HOW DID THAT HAPPEN.

AT THIS POINT ALL OF THEM HAVE LOST THEIR BRAIN. THEIR WIFE ANYA CAN BE SNATCHED FROM THEM BY ANOTHER MAN. EVERYTHING IS AT CHAOS. THEY AREN'T IN A STATE TO ACT RATIONALLY BECAUSE OF ANYA AND ELIJAH'S RELATIONSHIP. THEY WANT TO KEEP HER WITH THEM BY HOOK OR BY CROOK.

I REPEAT ONCE AGAIN DARK LORDS AREN'T GOOD NOR CALIBAN IS. THEY ARE SCREWED IN THEIR OWN WAY. THEY ARE GOOD ONLY FOR SAMANTHA UNTIL SHE ISN'T TRYING TO LEAVE THEM. THEY WILL DO ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING TO GET HER BECAUSE EVERYONE WANTS TO LIVE AND SAMANTHA IS THE ONLY REASON THEY ARE ALIVE

DARK LORDS ARE BUILT DIFFERENT BUT STILL THEY ARE NOT ACTING THE WAY THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO just because they love Samantha

THEY HAVE SUFFERED FOR 1 BILLION YEARS FOR NOTHING EVEN THE 4 BILLION YEARS SAMANTHA WAS WITH THEM THEY NEVER GOT LOVE OR PEACE AFTERWARDS THEY SAW SAMANTHA'S HUMANS AND THEIR HUMAN BABIES DYING IN FRONT OF THEM BECAUSE OF CONSPIRACIES AGAINST THEM. THAT IS THE WORST PUNISHMENT THEY CAN GET THEY ARE SUFFERING FROM THE BEGINNING AND STILL IS.

THEY CAN'T CONTROL THEIR EMOTIONS THEY ARE THE SAME PEOPLE WHO WILL KILL THEMSELVES IF SAMANTHA DIES AND THEIR BEHAVIOUR COMES FROM THEIR SUFFERING.

IMAGINE THEIR POSITION WHERE THEIR CHILDREN AND WIFE BOTH ARE IN DANGER AND THEY DON'T EVEN KNOW WHERE SHE IS DESPITE BEING THE DARK LORD

RISHAV THE HAPPY GO LUCKY GUY HASN'T SMILED AFTER ANYA WENT MISSING. HE WASN'T HIMSELF ANYMORE I HOPE THAT EXPLAINS WHY THEY ARE ACTING LIKE THIS

ANYA IS NO GODDESS OVER HERE SHE IS A HORMONAL TEEN WHO DOES MISTAKES AGAIN AND AGAIN. SHE WILL LEARN WITH TIME. NO ONE IS COMPLETELY WRONG OR RIGHT EVERYONE IS FLAWED BECAUSE THAT'S HOW I MADE THEM.

About Anya crying and begging well she doesn't do that often that's rare for her to beg because she always does what she wants that's how she is a human entangled with immortals caged in a love filled with madness, deceit and misunderstanding

Past 6 months ago 

Anya got up from sleep in the middle of the night. She wasn't understanding what just happened with her. Caliban slapped her that too in front of everyone? He can't do that! With that she remembered about his engagement. Did he really get engaged to Sofia? Her head started aching because of the mere thought of that. Her Caliban can never marry anyone else other than her. 

She got out of bed and checked the clock. It's 3 Am in the night. She will wait for 6 am once it's 6 she will leave for Caliban's mansion. He needs to give her answer for everything and cancel his so-called engagement if he has done it. 

She decided to sleep for another 2 hours and because of exhaustion she did fall asleep. She woke up at 5:30 am and got ready to go out. She knows nobody is awake at this hour of morning. It's way too early for her parents to wake up and Antonio doesn't wake up before 8 am so it won't be a problem. 

She decided to walk till the subway and then take the subway to reach his mansion. 

She was walking on the road lost in her thoughts when suddenly a car came and she collided with the car and fell down on the ground severely injured. 

It was Elijah who was driving in happiness, slightly drunk because Caliban got engaged according to him and now Anya is all his. He just needs to comfort her and manipulate her, that's it. He is done in the process of getting her! 

In his happiness he didn't notice that someone was walking on the road like that. He wasn't expecting anyone at this hour but he did knock out someone with his car. 

He went out to check who it was and found it was Anya. His eyes widened in shock when he realised what he did. 

"Anya! Open your eyes, are you fine?" he asked her shaking her body but no response came from her side 

Without wasting a moment he picked her up and made her lay on the back seat. He drove towards the hospital and admitted Anya there. He decided to not inform anyone just yet. If she gets well soon he will talk to her and manipulate her but his wish didn't come true. The doctors informed him that Anya went into a coma and no one knows when she will be fine. 

When he got to know that his brain completely stopped working. What the fuck did he do with her? He literally sent her to a coma? He called her father and asked him to be present in the hospital without informing anyone about it. Her father was tensed about Anya already and now his call made him scared for his precious daughter. No matter how much he scolds her he loves her very much because she is his only daughter. He was feeling bad for shouting at her last night but what she did wasn't acceptable at all that's why he had to do that. 

He went to hospital without informing anyone and got to know about Anya. Elijah very cleverly hid the fact that he did her accident. He blamed her for jumping in front of his car presenting it as a suicide case. 

Her father believed him and felt more guilty about his actions. Eventually her mother got to know this as well but they both didn't inform Antonio about it. Reason? Elijah Lockwood and his manipulative words. He made them understand that whatever is happening is happening because of Caliban and Antonio works for Caliban. What if he again does anything? Whole social media is against Anya at this point anything can turn out to be negative. 

"Uncle I know that whatever happened is very unfortunate and many things in past took place which weren't any good but Anya is my good friend and I like her very much as a man likes a woman. I want to protect her from all this nonsense. I know you might not trust me but I really care about her and that's why I want to take care of her till everything is clear. Doctors don't know when she will wake up. Till she wakes up and is fine, please let me take care of her. Caliban knight has done enough damage to her that we need to stop him from harming her further. I will do everything in my power to clear Anya's name from social media but don't tell a word about it to anyone, not even her brother. Let everyone think that Anya is missing and no one can find her.That will be best for her!" Elijah did his best to manipulate her father faking himself as the saint he isn't 

"But…"No buts uncle it's for Anya and her safety. Please agree to it and make aunty agree as well." Elijah said cutting her father off in middle 

Her father knows Anya's image is maligned completely and she needs time to get it clear. It's not a joke! People will treat her as if she is some slut and as a father Subham can never let that happen. Alice was a crying mess. She wants her daughter to be fine. They were angry with her but that doesn't mean they wanted it. 

She is feeling guilty and blaming herself as the reason of Anya trying to commit suicide. Her parents know their daughter tried to commit suicide where the reality is far away from it. Anya Banerjee can never give up on her life; she believes in getting things done in her way rather than giving up. Her constantly trying to get Caliban back was an example of the same. She will keep trying until she gets the thing she wants. Her parents aren't aware how crooked their daughter is. For them she is a kid who is not aware of many things but in reality she is far from their imagination. 

"Okay Elijah I agree with you. I can do anything for my daughter's image and good life. I will never let anyone know where she is or what happened to her. If Anya loves you back I will get her married to you." Subham said and Elijah smirked internally 

He is getting what he wants but in a twisted way of course but he is happy that everything is Falling in place. 

"Anya will be fine right?" her mother asked 

"Yes she is getting the best treatment and she will be fine very soon don't worry." Elijah said comforting Alice 

He was clutching them both in his claws effortlessly and everything was becoming easy for him. 

Right now Anya is in the ICU and in a coma. Where outside everyone was trying to reach her in their own ways she was lost in her own world. The glimpse of the past which used to bother her very much is again in front of her. This time it's Sitara, the girl who killed herself when she was pregnant. 

She could see how Sitara's life started and ended from Sitara's eyes. 

Past of Sitara starts from here 

On a night when sky was filled with multiple stars a girl took birth in a Hindu Bhramhin family as the daughter of the local priest in Varanasi India. 

Her father was blessed to have her as he believed girls are forms of goddess Lakshmi. He named her Sitara, which means Star. 

Sitara had another sister after a few years of her birth name Sukanya. 

Both sisters grew up with love from their parents. They had less money but full respect from everyone. Both sisters never complained about their financial issues and accepted everything their father could give them. 

It's a normal day in Sitara's life. 

"Shubh Prabhat Maa, bauji aur hamari pyari behena. (good morning mother father and my darling sister)" Sitara said as she came out of her room fully dressed for the day 

Her family members greeted her back and she left to go to the destination which is a tea shop. She loves to have tea from local shops with biscuits. After having it she will go to her dance class where she learns classical dance. Varanasi or Banaras whatever you call the city is famous for many things. Being a holy city people visit it for religious purposes and there is something else as well. Tawaif / courtesan culture. Not everyone is a prostitute; only a few are mostly dancers and singers stay there. Kothas are present where rich people go to listen to music or watch dance and few sleep with them as well. 

Sitara is very curious about them but she can't go anywhere near them. Keeping the reputation of her father in mind. She has heard them singing sometimes while crossing the area but never dared to stop there. She loves dancing but only performs it in front of her family or alone. When she gets married to the man of her dreams she will dance for him as well. The mere thought of it made her blush hard. 

Sitara is 20 years old but hasn't got married yet why? Because she hasn't found the suitable person for herself yet. Her father never forced her for anything, not even marriage. Sitara isn't your typical beauty with milk white skin, thin body and what not. 

She is slightly fair and is curvy. Her body is beautiful but not thin. All the guys around her try to flirt with her but she never paid any attention to them. If anyone troubles her, her sandals talk to that guy not her. She is not the shy and quiet type of girl who accepts everything quietly. She knows how to protest against the wrong and raise her voice to protect herself from all evils. 

Banaras ki sherni, (Lioness of Banaras) that's what everyone calls her no one messes with her either. 

Everything is good to go in her life but she didn't know that nothing will be fine anymore for her. A storm named Nawab Rehan Iqbal is about to hit her very hard and in front of him she can't even stand properly raising her voice is out of the question. 

"Maa hum aa gaye ghar aap kahi ja rahi hai kya? (mother I'm back home, are you going somewhere?)" Sitara asked looking at her mother who was packing her clothes 

"Ha Nainital ja rahe hai waha tumhari mausi ne bulaya hai. Kaam dhundne ke liye bola tha Humne. Yaha to kar nahi sakte kyunki tumhare Bauji ka samman hani hoga. Isiliye waha ja rahe hai tum ana kuch din bad. Sukanya aur Tumhara byah bhi to karwana hai Hume. Uske liye paisa chahiye jo Hume waha se milega.

 (Yes, I'm going to Nainital your aunt called me. I asked her to search for a job for me. I can't work here that will be harmful for your father's image. You and Sukanya needs to get married as well and for that we need money which I will get from there.)" her mother replied which made her smile wipe off 

For her future her mother is leaving her home and city to work and earn money. It didn't make her feel good at all. 

"Hum bhi chale? (Should I also go?)" Sitara asked her mother 

"Nahi beta tum bad me ana (no dear you come later)" Her mother replied 

Like that her mother left for Nainital leaving every responsibility on her shoulder. 

For 1 month everything was normal. They definitely missed their mother but still everything was going smoothly until one day when her father brought a guy and his family to meet Sitara for marriage. 

"Sitara beta unhe chai do (Sitara give them tea)" her father said and she obeyed his words 

"Ye hai hamari beti Sitara, har kam me avval hai, agar padna likhna janti hoti to bahut unnati karti. (this is my daughter Sitara, she is pro at every work if she knew how to read and write then she would have reached heights of success)" her father praised her 

Sitara was not prepared for It mentally but she had nothing else to do either. 

"Tumhe ghar ke sare kaam aate hai? Nach gana kuch aata hai? Silai bunai kar leti ho? (Do you know how to do household chores? Do you know how to dance or sing? Do you know how to stitch and knit?)" The groom's mother asked her 

"Ji kar lete hai sab. Humein nachna pasand hai bahut. (yes I can do everything. I like to dance)" she replied politely 

"Shadi ke Pehle ye sab acche lagte hai. Mere Ghar Ki bahu nachti hui achi nahi lagti. Ye nach gana shadi ke baad nahi chalega. (This looks good before marriage. My Daughter in law doesn't look good while dancing. All these singing dancing won't be allowed after marriage)" the mother said and Sitara looked at the ground 

What can she do anyways? She knows that she can't dance openly after marriage but what if her husband likes it? Then she can dance for him if he doesn't like it either then she doesn't know what she will do. 

"Apki beti humein pasand aayi hai purohit ji, ekbar hamara Damodar vilait se wapis a jay fir hum unke 4 hath ek kar denge. Par ek baat hai jo hum chahte hai ki apki beti sune. (we like your daughter purohit ji, once my son Damodar returns from foreign we will get them married but one thing is there which I want your daughter to listen.)" The groom's mother said 

"Ji kahiye hamari beti sab kar Legi (yes please say my daughter will do everything)" Her father said 

"Hum chahte hai ki wo apna wazan kam karle. Hamara Damodar dikhne me bahut sundar hai aur apki beti bhi achi hai par agar wazan ghata legi to aur sundar lagegi. Shadi me to Waqt hai tab tak ho jayega. (I want her to lose weight. My Damodar is very handsome and your daughter is very beautiful as well but once she loses weight she will look more beautiful, the wedding has time till then it will be done.)" The groom's mother said and it was enough for Sitara 

She looked at her father who was silent. She didn't understand what's going on in his head. Is he going to stay quiet and say nothing to that woman? 

"Kshama kijiye ga Savita devi Humein yeh rishta manzur nahi hai. Jaha hamari beti ka Maan nahi waha uske rishta karna na mumkin hai. (I apologise to you Mrs Savita but i don't accept this alliance. Where my daughter isn't respected I can't get her married there.)" Her father said breaking the silence making Sitara and Sukanya smile 

She was looking at the scene which was unfolding in front of her from the kitchen. She wasn't pleased with this family at all for her sister. She is happy that her father asked them to leave.Their father has taught them to fight for their respect and not let anyone disrespect them at any cost. No one can say anything disrespectful to them and get away with it. 

"Ap hamara Apman kar rahe hai purohit ji, apki beti koi swarg se utri hui apsara to hai nahi ki vilaiti rishte aise hi ajay. Hum aye the Apki beti hai gunwati hogi ye soch kar par aap hume thukra rahe hai. Pure Varanasi me apki beti kya Rishta hona muskil hai. Chalte hai hum Pranam! (you're insulting us purohit ji, your daughter isn't some nymph straight from heaven that she will get foreign wedding alliances like that. I came here thinking she is your daughter. She must have gotten a good upbringing from you and you're rejecting our proposal. In this whole Varanasi your daughter won't get any proposal. We are leaving!) " Saying Mrs. Savita left from there 

"Hume to lag raha tha aap kuch nahi bolenge unhe. (I thought you won't say anything to them)" Sitara said what she felt 

"Hum apni beti ko kabhi apmanit nahi hone denge. Jab tak hamare pran hai hum tumhari suraksha karenge aur mrityu se Pehle tumhare liye ek acha jeevansathi bhi chun lenge. (I will never let my daughter get insulted. Till the moment I'm alive I will keep protecting you and before death I will find a good life partner for you) " her father said patting her head 

"Aur hamare liye nahi dhundenge? (You won't search for me?)" Sukanya asked dramatically 

"Avasya dhundenge Pehle apni didi ki tarah badi to ho jao. (Obviously i will search for you but first be grown up like your sister.)" Her father said smiling making both sisters smile 

Sitara looked at the God idol and prayed mentally for a good life partner who will be just like her father and who will protect her just like her does not knowing that her any prayer won't be heard by the God because her fate is already in the Dark Lord's hands and her life is going to change completely very soon.
