Sunrays fell on Anya's face disturbing her peaceful slumber. She was highly irritated now as no matter in what way she sleeps she is feeling the harsh rays.

"Sera close the curtains," She mumbled trying to hide her face under the blanket but the blanket was snatched away from her

"Wake up my queen! It is already morning." Anya heard a manly voice that is very much familiar to her

"Bro please! Not here as well. Go away." Anya whined

"wake up now it is already 11 am!" Antonio said and Anya's eyes snapped open and she checked her phone

"shit! How can I sleep this late?" she asked herself and then remembered what happened last night

She tried to find Sera but she was nowhere to be found.

"Good morning my queen! How was your day yesterday?" Antonio asked taking a sit on the nearby couch

"good! Why did you come? I was about to come after having breakfast. I am not a kid anymore. I am freaking 19 years old. It is different that I am joining college late but I am 19." Anya complained while yawning

"Aunt Alice asked me to bring you back. You know how worried she becomes when you go anywhere." Antonio replied and shrugged

"And I am exactly in the next house beside ours. Sera is our Neighbour my brother dearest. Do you remember that?" Anya said and sarcasm was dripping from her tone

"Tell that to your mother and my dear aunt, my queen." Antonio replied

"Bro you can call me Anya as well. Why do you always address me as my queen? I know you will say because I am a queen and not a princess I am self sufficient and all but still." Anya complained

"Because you are my queen, my little sister, the moon and I do not want to give my queen any less respect so yeah. From your childhood I have called you that only and in future as well I will call you that." Antonio said and Anya knew it is a waste of time to argue with him

" Anya! Let's go, breakfast is ready and You can join us as well, "Sera said in a low voice but both of them heard her properly as she was standing close

One quality of Sera is that she is not calm and composed at all. You will never see her calm or anything until the situation demands that or she is in front of a certain someone. So she changes her behaviour accordingly

" Thank you Sera but no I am fine. You both continue and Anya finish it fast I need to take you back," Antonio said and Sera nodded her head mutely

Anya did not miss the sad look on Sera's face when Antonio refused to have breakfast with them. As it is made by her only. Sera's parents are not at home so she is the one who is doing everything on her own.

" Bro you can at least give us company with a cup of coffee or something can you not? I know you have a huge appetite so yeah. And let me tell you Sera makes delicious food and her Coffee is the best." Anya said understanding the situation

She does not want her friend to be sad because of her brother's rudeness. Sera is outspoken and bold but sensitive as well just like her so she understands her well. They are best friends for a reason because they understand each other well.

" OK fine I will drink black Coffee." Antonio said and Anya made a face

"Eww! I do not understand why anyone would drink that bitter shit? I mean why not a milky frothy delicious latte or cappuccino? Why this black coffee?" Anya asked eyeing her brother

"Because not everyone likes or takes Sugar and milk in huge amounts like you. I am fine with my black coffee. Less sugar and Without milk." Antonio stated

"Yeah, that is the reason your words are so bitter sometimes." Anya said with a mocking smile and got up from the bed to enter the washroom before Antonio can say anything to her

"I will go and make the coffee." Sera said and left from there immediately

Sera was in the kitchen making Coffee for Antonio when she felt someone's presence near her. She turned around and found Antonio standing just behind her.

"Do you need something?" Sera asked him

"No! Was getting bored there, that is why I thought to come downstairs and talk to you." Antonio said and Sera hummed in response

"Words Sera! Use your words." Antonio said sternly and Sera nodded and muttered a yes

"What happened yesterday? She saw something again?" Antonio asked her standing there only with a pointed look

"Yes I have written it down, you can read it." Sera replied but her breath hitched when he came to close of her that their face was just few inches apart from each other

She forgot how to breathe

"Whoa! What is going on here?" Anya asked coming towards them but Antonio did not move away from there

"I switched off the induction as the water is about to evaporate completely." Antonio said calmly and stepped from her giving her the chance to breathe properly

"Ohh! Sera, where is your focus? You could have hurt yourself as well. Why are you standing here like this?" Anya scolded her and Sera just shook her head

"I was just telling him about yesterday's dream, nothing else. I guess I was lost in something. Sorry!" Sera said and Anya felt bad that because of her everyone is tensed and their life is jeopardised

"I am sorry because of me everyone is worried and sad. I just do not understand why I am this weak and why it happens with me only?" Anya asked with tears but before her tear can hit the ground Antonio wiped it

"Hey! No one is sad over here OK and we are worried because we love you nothing else. Now have your breakfast and then let's go home. From tomorrow you have college and you need to prepare things for that as well. You do not want to look like a ghost do you on your first day?" Antonio asked to make her smile and forget about this things

" Oh fuck! Yes, tomorrow is our first day of college and I have to get things ready for our first day because first impressions are last impressions. Oh my god I am so excited I will make so many friends there and I will make a boy friend as well." Anya blabbered

" No! " Antonio and Sera said together

" You can not make friends because I am your best friend and I will not lose you to anyone. "Sera stated not ready to back off

" And No boyfriend or male friends stay away from them. You are not old enough to have a boyfriend, you are still a kid. And all males will try to hit in you so a big No "Antonio said with finality in his tone

" You both listen to me very carefully and do not tell me what to do because I will make friends male and a boyfriend as well. You know very well I do not like restrictions on me. I will choose the suitable persons only. I am not a kid anymore I am a 19 year old so stop treating me like a kid you both. Stop controlling me or telling what to do "Anya said seriously and both of them looked down and kept their mouth shut

Anya is not someone whom you can restrain in any way. She is fire just like you can not cage fire you can not cage her. She hates it when someone tries to tell her what to do or what to not. She does not even listen to her mother or father when they try to stop her.

" I am sorry! "Anya apologies for her behaviour because her words were harsh and she doesn't like to hurt anyone

" It is fine! "Antonio said with a smile

" Sera! Do not start crying now! You are my best friend and you will be my best friend always. No one can take your place my bestie. "Anya said hugging her best friend

" Hmm! Now let's eat, you must be hungry because I am super hungry, "Anya said trying to change the topic

Sera nodded and finished making the coffee and handed it to Antonio who just nodded towards her while taking it.

Anya was too excited for her college as it is going to be a new start of her life, she wants to be a barrister as it is her father's dream and she will become one at any cost to fulfil her and her father's dream but little did she knew it was indeed a start but not of the journey of her dreams but the the journey of nightmares for sure that is going to change her life in a way she never imagined.
