The streets of Tokyo (Japan) were crowded with people walking in groups of hundreds. The bustling crowd was flooding from building to building, but there was no physical difference between each person aside from their individual attires. This was because they were all native inhabitants of Japan sharing the same native language and having the same East Asian traits.

"Ha ha ha ha ha~~~!!!!!" A woman in a red kimono stood on the roof of a tall building and laughed with a fan in her hand.

The woman lashed out at the empty space behind her with a rain of projectiles from her fan and repetitive slashes from her sword, then she admired her own skills with a great deal of hope.

"Now nobody can stop me." The woman said.

The woman in a red komono was indeed Reiko Kurosawa.

A person carrying a briefcase walked on the street, passing across the building whose roof Reiko was standing on. The red woman swooped down from the building, her fan folded with the blades on the tips folded into a sharp knife. She flew like a big red bird, nobody heard her flying. A swift thrust was delivered onto the person, knocking them down in one strike. But the person wasn't dead, only unconscious. Nobody saw Reiko again.

Inside the Saint Iscariot's Church, the Iscariot executives were talking about the revival of a new general.

"Do you know Zhang Ming Zhu Shi Huang, also known as Ming Zhu Huang the queen of the Qing Dynasty in China? Let me tell you some information about her, for some of us have known her very well, some knows little, others knows nothing at all." Morgan said to everyone.

"My queen, please tell us. We're all ears to you." Ibrahim said.

"You all know that Shi Huang was the vain queen who turned herself into a Jiang-Shi, an undead creature Westerners dubbed as hopping vampire. She joined our group when she was 33 years old, the same time she turned into an undead. The year she became a disciple of Lord Judas was the year of 1673, of the Qing Dynasty lasting from 1644 to 1911 in China." Morgan said.

"Was she alive now?" Aisha asked.

"On December 21 2012, she and eight other main disciples of Our Lord were sealed by a priest, and some of you are the ones I've mentioned. You all know that this is a truth that cannot be denied. Right on this day, we will bring her back." Morgan replied.

"Wife, it's your time right now." Judas Dracula Iscariot said.

Morgan poured the liquid fear from her chalice onto an opened box containing a turquoise cheongsam dress and a pair of scarlet shoes. As a result, the dress came out from the box by itself and took the full form of a woman dressed in the same outfit. She was the Chinese queen Zhang Ming Zhu Shi Huang, a woman wearing a turquoise cheongsam dress, a black butterfly-shaped headdress and scarlet shoes. She looked very white, as white as a ghost, but she looked surprisingly beautiful like she was centuries ago when she was a human, and her make-up made of white skin powder and red lip paint never faded. But she was no longer human since the day she transformed into her undead form, and now she was a bloodthirsty monster possessing dark magic and demonic powers. Her fingernails were covered with sharp-pointed golden nail guards, which acted as makeshift claws. Her eyes had an eerie yellow light. She carried a Chinese dagger and a Chinese sword, though she could fight unarmed on her own in a Kung Fu style and use dark spells.

"My Lord, here I come." Zhang Ming Zhu Shi Huang said.

"Welcome home, lady. I've called you back from the dead, and you shall be a servant of mine again." Dracula Iscariot said.

"I used to be yours once, and now it's an honor for me to be with you again." – She replied – "And I'd like to tell you one thing, Lord, Richard Perkins will come to us alongside Li Kiang Shi, and they will offer us some help."

"I know them. Li Kiang Shi is the Chinese general born in 1908 and joined Mao Zedong's Communist Party at the age of 21 years before turning himself into a Jiang-Shi in 1968 at the age of 60. I know he had made a pact with me to stay young forever and maintain the appearance of a 21-year-old man in 1935, and when he was converted into an undead as an acceptance of his will to join my fold, he still remained youthful. I am interested in Li's professional martial arts and weapon mastery, so I recruited him, even his biological age of 60 did nothing to reduce his capabilities. He is an expert pistol user which his Mauser pistol and a knife combatant, but these are just examples of his great capabilities to utilize almost every form of weapons." Dracula Iscariot said.

"I have met him once in 1929, and he was a loyal bodyguard of Mao Zedong at the moment. I am very impressed with his loyalty to his party even though the society in China had undergone drastic changes. Since his transformation into an immortal, Li could never be killed and would never be killed. All of the efforts to assassinate him ended up in vain." Zhang Ming Zhu Shi Huang said.

"You're right. As for Richard Perkins, he was a brown-haired Caucasian-Australian policeman transformed into an immortal zombie at the age of 30 years old in 2005 after getting gravely injured in a gunfight with a criminal gang. He was a dedicated policeman, and I brought him to our group. After becoming a zombie, Richard gained superhuman toughness, strength, speed and invincibility. Nobody could ever inflict even the slightest wound on Richard, because his skin is impenetrable. Richard's most notable ability is that he can emit a noxious gas to harm those trying to come too close to him. There are some weapons Richard carries along with him throughout his human life – a Beretta pistol, a stun baton, flash bang grenades, gas grenades and a riot shield. Even after his conversion, he kept those with him and continued to use them." Dracula Iscariot continued.

Right after that, Li Kiang Shi and Richard Perkins quickly appeared to Dracula Iscariot and introduced themselves.

"We have to find someone who looks more human to infiltrate into the ranks of mankind and destroy them from inside. This is will be our twelfth apostle." Judas said.

Judas's words made everyone in the meeting room silent, until Reiko Kurosawa made an opinion. She said, "My Lord, I know a very familiar figure who can help you much with our work."

Judas said, "Just tell me, lady."

Reiko replied, "The person I'm going to talk about today is Kim Jong Bum, a South Korean male student who was born in 1993 and who committed suicide in 2010 because of the mental strain he suffered from his college entrance exam. He was said to be a talented student who was beloved and/or envied by many people of his own age. He had a girlfriend named Choi Seo Hyeon, who studied in the same class like him and who died in the same year like him. Kim Jong Bum attempted to hang himself but he failed, not before he slit his throat with a bladed fan. Choi Seo Hyeon used a kitchen knife to stab into her own neck, killing herself immediately. Both students were revived after their deaths, but only Choi Seo Hyeon was turned into a vengeful ghost wearing the same school uniform she wore when she was alive and when she took her own life. Her skin turned pale, her lips turned black and the wound on her neck became a black mark that looked like a permanent tattoo. She wielded the same knife she used to kill herself, which was now stained with black spots, which were said to be what was left of her blood."

"What a long history. Can you speak more briefly about the guy called Kim Jong Bum?" Judas said.

"On October 2010, I met him and found him a potential member of our group. He was very useful for our world conquest plan, because he looked human even after he died and was converted. His conversion was seemingly a failure because he wasn't completely turned into an undead monster, but instead he still retained his human identity." Reiko said.

"I know that, it was me who had tried to convert him, but I failed to make him a monster like you. But this failure turns out to be a blessing in disguise. Kim Jong Bum retained his humanity but he was granted with psychic powers as a result of his mid-transformation. His human appearance could deceive his targets very easily. As for Choi Seo Hyeon, she can turn into her former human identity, and her ghost form has a slight difference with her humanity. Her former gentle personality is now just a part of her past memories, which she takes advantage to deceive her preys. Now she is a merciless and vengeful killing machine." Judas said.

"I know that Seo Hyeon and Jong Bum were childhood friends and presumed lovers. There is no doubt that they are always seen together." Reiko said.

"If you do know that, I think you will have to locate both of them and bring them to me. They are the key for our victory." Judas said.

"There's no need to find them. By the way, we have our enforcers in South Korea, they are active right now." Reiko said.

"Is there a school student in Korea turned into an Iscariot aside from the two ones I've mentioned above?" Judas asked.

"There is one, Your Highness. Song Hwang Hyun was the South Korean schoolboy who burnt himself alive on November 2010 as a result of overwhelming mental stress during the college entrance exam and his anger towards his family for putting pressure on him to study hard to meet their expectations. He was said to have called upon curses on his former family, friends, school, his country and the world as he was succumbing to his burns, and was enlisted into the Iscariot Army Corps as a top general after he died, before being revived as a fire demon (His name Hwang Hyun rhymes with 'hwahyeong', the Korean word for 'death by burning', reflecting his death). He was only 17 years old when he perished. Also, Seo Hyeon and Jong Beom were in the same age." Reiko said.

"Okay, we will stay in the demon world and watch." Judas nodded.

Meanwhile, in South Korea, Choi Seo Hyeon was plaguing the school she was studying alongside the ghost of Song Hwang Hyun. They went too far when they fused a corrupted Judas Coin into a guitar left by an unknown student in a classroom on purpose. The guitar turned into Iscariot Monster Capricorn, a black goat monster clad in a leather jacket with linings similar to guitar strings on its chest. The monster had two long horns, and carried a guitar that could be used for making sound wave attacks by playing it. The guitar itself could be also used for bashing opponents at close range and hypnotize people with its music. Capricorn played a song with his guitar, which could be heard from all corners of the high school. The sounds of the guitar made every student present in the school fall into a trance, and lured a schoolboy out. He had short black hair and a rather slim figure. He looked like that he was still alive before, although he had been dead since 2010. The schoolboy looked so attractive and lively that nobody could know he was the one who killed himself in 2010 and practically everybody mistook him for someone else.

"You have called me..." The schoolboy said.

"There you are, Kim Jong Bum. I have found you here." Seo Hyeon said.

Choi Seo Hyeon changed from her beautiful human form into her more monstrous form – a female ghost with long black hair, black lips, blank eyes, black lips and a noticeably large black mark on her neck. She looked more scary and hideous than she was in her human identity, and she was right to be feared. She could manipulate illusions and torment her victims with pain illusions, which caused them to writhe in pain as if they were suffering a physical pain. It was the pain she suffered during the last hours of her life prior to her suicide, and she used her hatred, fear and suffering to empower herself and hasten her conversion into an Iscariot member. Her inner darkness turned her into a cruel monster, but she retained her feelings towards Kim Jong Bum and their former friendship hadn't changed. 

As for Song Hwang Hyun, he was obviously 1.88 meters tall compared to Jong Bum's 1.79 meters tall. His human form was really charming, but his fiery ghost form was his monster form.

"Now everything has been prepared. We will bring the gospel to every house and every place on the world and deliver salvation to people in need." Seo Hyeon said to her group.

Seo Hyeon and her group left the high school in Seoul as Capricorn played his guitar. Their song hypnotized almost everyone hearing it and made them their crazed fans. They were gathered into a large crowd and followed Reiko and her Iscariot Monsters everywhere they went to. The crazed people screamed and shouted wildly as they attacked public places in a blind fury, and nobody could stop the overexcited crowd. The crowd had their negative emotions drained themselves as well as the people under their violent attacks.

"She had gathered not only fear and negative feelings from people, but also the twelfth apostle." Ming Zhu said as she was looking at the streets from the roof of a building. She was standing with Judas, Jasper, Ruben, Reiko, as well as the other Iscariot executives.

"Seo Hyeon can do it really well, and she's doing it now. Don't interfere into her business." Judas replied.

"Master, what should I do with this?" Ruben asked.

"Just watch and see, gentleman. She's making use of the crowd effect to the fullest. Now you see, a majority of the hypnotized ones are young students, and they are singing the hypnotizing song as if it is the national anthem. The song makes them crazed, and we've made a very good progress here. Students take up 20% of the world population but they take 100% part of the world's future. If we place control over them, they can make this world suit our expectations." Judas said.

"Then we can educate these youngsters in the way we wish. We can make them ideal servants and citizens of the new society under our leadership." Igor said.

"Igor, it would be better to see what is going to happen next. There is a possibility of the twelfth apostle to run away." Judas calmly replied.

"He won't go away too soon." William chuckled as he placed the tip of his sword onto the ground.
